Shipping policy

Processing time: All Velunara orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery times: Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days for most destinations after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping carriers: We ship via standard international carriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be shown in your tracking confirmation email.
Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or delayed packages: If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@velunara.co and we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution including a replacement shipment or full refund if necessary.
Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velunara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order contact us immediately at support@velunara.co and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Free shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders. No minimum order value required.
